Today’s sketch in my moleskine art journal using my faithful sharpie pens, is a little caterpillar I saw my friend post up on facebook. It’s so cute it already looks draw. I simply had to (re)draw him. It makes me smile it’s so ridiculously cute!!! I googled weird looking caterpillars and this little fella came up immediately. It is called a spicebush swallowtail or scientic name is Papilio troilus.
Nature does have a sense of humour with the creation of all these weird and wonderful creatures!
