9 to 10 km a day is brilliant. It’s easy when you are exploring or doing it for a purpose that is not exercise

Good idea. I need to get back into exercise when I go back. So out of shape. Walking 9-10 kms a day though. (My feet are killing me) 😉

That is possibly one of the best instruments to have “against” Covid. Oxygen saturation is a key factor to control… 😷🏴☠️
