You probably inject more than you think. Your drawings are totally you. As for every artist, I think. Whenever you look at a painting by anyone, you must realize that the painting was originally inside the mind of the artist.
That is the reason why your drawings inspired the character of Stéphanie Lung. All I had to do was listen to the drawings and write. Almost under dictation.

I steer away from snakes. Old African habit. But some people form such a repulsion they can’t even look at a picture, let alone draw one. Your Chines zodiac is a great idea. Your art is a total reinterpretation. Which makes it so interesting.
