Very much so. Also means they can probably hide better from poachers.

They are not so widely known because they are not big cats but equally beautiful.

Looked it up. Hadn’t heard of it. Quite beautiful with a very different spot pattern. Looks actually a bit like South America’ Magay “cat”. 10,000 individuals left is of concern but still a good number. Thanks for teaching us something new. 🙏🏻🌹
