You would have loved her salad. Boiled potatoes pealed and sliced. Served cold with a touch of parsley, a few red onion slices (cold) and vinaigrette with Dijon mustard, oil (you can use olive oil if wish) and vinegar. A touch of salt and pepper, et voilà.
