Happy weekend!! I honestly do not know where the week went.
Today’s sketch no 1423 is Koay Teow Th’ng
It’s clear chicken soup with flat rice noodles served with shredded chicken, fish balls, fish cakes and garnished with chives.
This dish is a welcome respite from all the other spicy and fried dishes. It’s like a pause or breath of fresh air.

I eat a similar soup (but with chicken rather than fishballs) from my local Thai restaurant–amazing and with just the right amount of heat! Lovely, as always. Thanks for sharing your talents with us.
