Perspective is everything.
When you are stuck on something or feeling overwhelmed, step back and look at it from afar. That’s what I do.
I get stressed and anxious easily and that is a debilitating feeling when I can’t see or feel anything else. Now I remember to step back or meditate.

It is. It will give you time to ponder the essential elements of the “Impostor”, even jot them down, so you can identify them when they assail you. π
(Trust me, I “done” it, and got over it.)

Print it, (on recycled paper) read it and study it thoroughly. This may change your life. It has indeed changed mine. π

Here’s a link that you should find interesting, though it’s Wikipedia. I browsed through the article it looks correct. I read a social science paper about the syndrome in the mid 80’s. It changed my life! It might change yours.

I always wonder why so many very talented people get stressed or anxious…
Did I ever mention the Impostor syndrome to you?

Perspective is so important. Our problems can seem insurmountable, but compared to those of others, they really do assume proper proportions. Then gratitude can more easily be felt, and with that, balance returns. Aloha, Tiffany!
