Indeed. In Cambodia I found a ressemblance between the Naga cult and the Quetzalcotal (feathered serpent) cult in pre-colombian Mexico. Fascinating.

I am keeping myself busy so i don’t think about the exhibition but i do have a lot of multi tasking preparations ahead of me! It is interesting to learn what different symbols mean in different cultures.

Autumn and longevity? Interesting. In France it is a symbol of death. The kind of flowers one sends as a wreath at a funeral. Regardless, the black and gold “treatment” conveys much harmony. You do live your life to fullest. As the date approaches I hope you are not becoming a nervous wreck. 🙂
