I often get bored and side tracked from what I’m supposed to be doing on a given day. Some people may say I have a lack of discipline and focus. I cannot deny that. Admittedly as a creative I have a hard time doing the same thing everyday. I need to mix it up. Sometimes I go out, sometimes I go exercise, sometimes I clean my place and sometimes this happens, I paint walls in my home.
This project took 2 days. I did it in between other projects. I love to multi task although I’m pretty bad at it. I can start several projects at one go and keep adding to the list. Without deadlines, some projects don’t get finished. By chance this mural got done pretty efficiently.
I’m pleased with the finished result. Hope you like it too.
Now back to some real work…

That’s what I thought. I assume you unscrewed the switch and then put it back when the paint was dry.

The result is well worth it.
Sequential multi-tasking is good. I can’t work on the same thing 8 hours straight.
I need to take breaks.

Vraiment belle cette murale. Je me reconnais dans certains passages quand tu parles de discipline; moi aussi j’ai cette tendance à entreprendre plusieurs choses à la fois, à ne pas vouloir tous les jours faire la même chose…mais quand même…t’as plus de discipline que moi 😉 Viens voir ce que j’ai publié ce matin si ça te le dis !!!

Love your palm and monstera painting. They are such decorative plants. I also get distracted from creative projects at times. But it does make life interesting.
