The BulanLifestyle animal farm has grown considerably over the year. The image below is what it looked like before.

The old farm looks so sparse now. Putting the new images in made me really appreciate my efforts last year of taking up the sketch of the day challenge, otherwise I doubt I would have added so many more animals!

I love the fact they are all looking like they are posing for the actual picture 🙂 And I can imagine there is lot of work and lot of Photoshop layers involved. Lucky you it didn’t crash!

The area is filled with those horrid creatures but it doesn’t seem to keep the poachers and illegal loggers out! But I know me, guilt will eat at me and eventually i will cave, bite the bullet and go do it.

That’s actually one of the projects i’m considering for this year. Not quite the zoo, but I’ve been invited to be the artist in residence in a eco lodge deep in the rainforest. It is to highlight the plight of the rainforest and endangered animals. I’m just being non committal at the moment….;p

Happy New Year to you all!
January 3, 2014 at 12:54
Now that’s a happy farm. How about you progress to a zoo and then introduce the natives of both to each other? The giraffes will frolic with the chickens, the cow and the hippo hang out behind the pigsty, the owl and the donkey playing cards… 🙂
