This weekend my friend Lily and I ventured into the forest of Ulu Muda in Kedah. We arranged the trip via EarthLodge. and we were lucky enough to be guided by the conservationist Hymeir Kem who is recognised for his work on caves and conservation. He also runs adventure caving around the region
Earth Lodge located in the remote 100,00+ hectares of Ulu Muda forest reserve. It is a conservation project set up by passionate conservationists to protect the forest, river and wildlife in the area through education, research and legislation.

For sure I was glued to the camera. I wish it was a live stream though. That would be awesome!

I had the most amazing time. The lodge has a few secret cameras in the forest and we were shown footage from one camera. That camera alone showed elephants, tapirs, monkeys, deers, porcupines, small cats, wild boar walking by every night!
