I love the sea and I used to love to dive but I don’t really dive anymore unless it’s for a good cause, or it’s an amazing dive destination. My last dive was a dive clean up. In certain areas, there is a lot of rubbish thrown out by fishermen including nets and anchors, batteries, cans and anoraks. It’s quite depressing when I dive and see rubbish covering and choking corals or broken damaged corals from inexperienced divers.
Today’s sketch is a coral I found washed ashore. I found many more, in an area where no coral grows. It just goes to show how far the sea carries it’s goods before dropping it to another far away place.
